Consent to Personal Data Processing

By signing up on MeetCubing (meetcubing.com) and ticking the corresponding box in the sign-up form, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest give my consent to the operator — Ilya Sokolov (contact: admin@isokolov.tech) — to process my personal data on the following terms.

1. Personal data

First and last name, email address, country, city, WCA ID, RSF ID, Telegram username, information about participation in competitions and results, language and time zone, IP address.

2. Purposes

Creating and using an account; taking part in competitions; publishing results, rankings and records; sending service emails; protecting the site from abuse.

3. Processing operations

Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access) to organizers of competitions I register for, anonymisation, blocking, deletion and destruction. Processing is carried out by automated means.

4. Term and withdrawal

The consent is valid until the account is deleted or the consent is withdrawn. To withdraw it, email admin@isokolov.tech from the address of your account.

Consent to dissemination of personal data

In accordance with Article 10.1 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ, I also consent to the operator disseminating (publishing on meetcubing.com to an unlimited number of people) the following data: first and last name, country and city, WCA ID and RSF ID, competition results and ranking positions.

My Telegram username may be shown only to signed-in users. My email address is not disseminated. I set no prohibitions or conditions on further processing of the disseminated data.

The purpose of dissemination is publishing competition results, rankings and records. This consent is valid until withdrawn by email to admin@isokolov.tech.
